Eye Wrinkles, Puffiness and Dark Circles
The rule of thumb is that serums are most effective for relieving facial lines (wherever they occur) and creams are more effective for puffiness and dark circles. Your individual circumstances will guide you. Use a serum and a cream together for maximum effectiveness, moving towards just one or the other as the situation corrects itself.
