TO ACTIVATE:
- Firmly press and release activator button.
- Solution will crystalize and produce heat.
- Squeeze pack back and forth until soft.
TO REACTIVATE:
- Put in boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove and cool to room temperature before using.
