This instant heat pack is designed to replace your instant hand warmer that you normally use and throw away. Also, this reusable hand warmer can be used as a "hot rock" replacement in massage therapy.

TO ACTIVATE:
- Firmly press and release activator button.
- Solution will crystalize and produce heat.
- Squeeze pack back and forth until soft.
TO REACTIVATE:
- Put in boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
- Remove and cool to room temperature before using.
Protect from freezing. DO NOT MICROWAVE. !
