Directions: For maintenance, add 15 drops of ASO® in 8 oz. of water 3 times a day 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals, or as needed. Individual needs may vary. For more intense use, take 1 tbl. of ASO® activated stabilized oxygen alone or in 8 oz. of water. Use three times a day. For best results, take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating. Shake well before using. Athletes may take twice the normal dose. Children should take half the normal dose. Do not use metal utensil for stirring or mixing. May also be used topically.
